All proceeds from the employee-only BBQ Cook-Off fundraiser will go toward the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo scholarship. Since the scholarship and educational programs began, more than $250 million has been committed to Texas students for education.

Currently, 2,092 students are on Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo scholarships. Enrolled students are attending 90 different Texas colleges and universities. The value of these scholarships is nearly $24.8 million.
